Accommodating Duplex SC, LC, ST and MT-RJ fibre adapters ModLink is a cost-effective, quick and easy fibre system, for backbone and to-the-desk applications. The ModLink system provides premium factory-controlled optical performance, enabling flexible system configuration and fast, economical installation. Simply plug the cable into the rear of the unit and the link is operational - an excellent solution for fast-track installations.

Providing OM1, OM2, OM3 and OS1 fibre performance options, ModLink can support 10G systems and is ideal for critical facilities and networks such as Data Centers, Storage Area Networks, Mission Critical Applications Servers and low optical insertion loss backbone risers.

ModLink 10G systems support 10 Gigabit applications such as: IEEE 802.3 10GBase-SR/SW, 802.3 10GBase-LX4, Fibre Channel1200-M5E-SN1 (All 10G Products are 100% tested with test results available and offer industry leading Insertion Loss properties). In addition to providing a clear upgrade path, Molex 10G systems also support all legacy systems designed to run over 50µm multimode fibre optic cable.
